Resonance & Renewal: A Sound Bath Experience with Tarot Girl Era

Join Phim and Daniela for a relaxing and restorative sound bath and meditation class.

Phim will ease you into a calm and grounding meditative state with the help of her singing voice, on top of instruments such as crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes and more. Phim's guided meditation will include elements of somatic body scanning, mindfulness and reiki energy healing.

Phim will be joined by her Tarot Girl Era co-founder Daniela Fant. Participants will have the option to receive 1:1 energy healing during the sound bath from Daniela.

REQUIRED:

Please bring a yoga mat or something to lay on during the session. We recommend also bringing a small pillow and/or blanket to use as well. Lastly, participants will be encouraged to take off their shoes during this class, similar to yoga.
